Orders: Place orders with a sales representative via fax, email or phone. You may also place orders directly thru the "Behind the Scenes" section of our website.

Shipping: We ship daily from City of Industry, CA via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Payment: We accept CC (MC, VISA, AMEX), prepay and electronic check.

Inventory: We maintain a large inventory of all products. Orders are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy: Changes and cancellations of orders will be accepted without penalty when made in writing within 5 (five) days of order date. All other cancellations or non-acceptance of merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All requests for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Where to Buy: We list stores that have purchased our products on the "Where to Buy" section of our website. We update this section weekly. We reserve the right to remove any store without notice from this section.
