Shipping: We ship daily from City of Industry, CA via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
Payment: We accept CC (MC, VISA, AMEX), prepay and electronic check.
Inventory: We maintain a large inventory of all products. Orders are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
Return Policy: Changes and cancellations of orders will be accepted without penalty when made in writing within 5 (five) days of order date. All other cancellations or non-acceptance of merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All requests for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
